Time scales
Whether I am creating an original painting a piece of jewellery or we are printing cards and prints we pride ourselves on quality. We are very careful and like to make sure everything is just right before sending your order to you. So things may take a little time. However, I think you will agree when I say "art cannot be rushed"!
Paintings, prints, cards or silver that are in stock are posted within two to three working days of your order.
However, with silver commissions they can take around 2 weeks to get to you depending on how many commissions I have on the go.
Needless to say if I can get your order to you sooner without compromising on the quality, I very much will!
As an after thought if you are considering ordering a ring or even commissioning me for a bespoke jewellery piece, it would be best to contact me earlier than you need. I hate to disappoint!
Timescale on a painting commission will be discussed and agreed with the client at the time. Again I ask you to consider time scale should you desire something for a particular date.
Quality
We hope you will be delighted with the quality and workmanship of your chosen piece. As always each design is handcrafted by myself in my workshop and finished to a very high standard. In all our goods we use fine quality (260gsm) paper, high quality mount board, UV protected inks (60-80 on the 'blue wool' scale), Argentium (935) fine silver and all paintings are completed on top quality canvas and board. I also use Saunders Waterford or Archers watercolour paper (NOT 300lb).
Postal Service
Your parcel will be delivered 1st Class by Royal Mail (UK) and Royal Mail Airmail (Outside UK).
Exchange and Refund Guarantee
Should you not be happy with your product we are glad to offer a no-quibble exchange or refund guarantee.
Simply email us to let us know, then return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days and we will happily exchange for something else or issue a refund. Please ensure you send the goods registered or recorded post to the full value. We can only refund or exchange items that are returned safely to us. If there is a price difference in the exchanged products we will refund or invoice you accordingly.
